Terms of Service for SeniorVita

1. Introduction

Welcome to SeniorVita, your resource for Insurance and service selection for seniors. These terms govern your access and use of our offerings at seniorvita.vip in 2025. Please read carefully before proceeding.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By engaging with any services, information products, or goods from SeniorVita, you acknowledge and agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our offerings.

3. Offerings

3.1 Services

We provide personalized consultations, support sessions, and assistance in selecting suitable plans. Fees are payable in advance as specified in each service description.

3.2 Information Products

Digital guides, webinars, and templates designed to aid senior clients in decision making.

3.3 Goods

Physical materials or kits delivered by mail to support service execution.

4. Payment

All fees are listed in CAD and due upon registration or purchase. We accept major payment methods as indicated during checkout.

5. Refund Policy

5.1 Services

Clients may cancel a scheduled session up to 7 calendar days prior and receive a full refund of paid fees via the original payment method within 10 business days. Cancellations made fewer than 7 days before the session are subject to a 50% fee. Premium planning consultations are non-refundable because we allocate dedicated staff and resources upon booking.

5.2 Information Products

You may request a refund within 14 calendar days of purchase, provided no more than 20% of the content has been downloaded or viewed. Approved requests will be processed within 5 business days. No requests will be granted after this period.

5.3 Goods

Physical items may be sent back within 30 days of delivery in unused condition and original packaging. The client is responsible for shipping charges. Once received, we will issue a refund of the paid fee, less shipping charges, within 10 business days. Items that are used or damaged cannot be accepted. Certain hygiene-sensitive goods are final sale and not eligible for refund.

6. Scheduling Changes

Services may be rescheduled once at no charge up to 7 days before the appointment. Additional changes or later notices may incur the applicable fee as outlined in section 5.1.

7. Limitation of Liability

SeniorVita and its staff shall not be responsible for outcomes beyond the scope of our advisory role. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability shall not exceed the amount of fees paid by the client for the specific offering.
